That makes total sense — the older gold box clones are known to have compatibility issues with the v3.x branch. The hardware handshake changed somewhere around the v2.x to v3.x transition, so the gold box gets stuck or throws connection errors on newer builds.

here's 2.1.5.6, works with my blackbox clone, i'm sure it's fine with gold box, anti virus needs to be off, it remove's the exe. goodluck

Cześć, czy komuś udało się zainstalować AMT BST ECU Bench Tool w wersji 3.1.3.5? Jeśli tak, to prosiłem o udostępnienie. Otrzymałem tę wersję, zainstalowałem sterowniki ręcznie, ale to nie pomogło. Może to wina wersji Windows, nie mam już pomysłów. Mam różne laptopy i czy ktoś pobrał stąd działającą wersję?

Jaki masz dokładnie interfejs — black box clone, gold box, czy inny wariant?
Jaki Windows — wersja i 32/64-bit?
Czy w Menedżerze urządzeń widzisz urządzenie AMT BST / COM port po podłączeniu kabla USB?

2. Najczęstsze przyczyny problemu:

Niezgodność sprzętu — v3.x wymaga nowszego firmware w interfejsie. Starsze klony (gold box, niektóre black box) po prostu nie obsługują protokołu v3. Jeśli tak jest u Ciebie, zostań przy v2.1.5.6 (link powyżej).

Jeśli nie widzisz nic nowego — kabel USB lub sam interfejs może być problemem

Daj znać jaki masz sprzęt i co widzisz w Menedżerze urządzeń, to pójdziemy dalej. Jeśli to starszy klon, to v2.1.5.6 z linku powyżej będzie najlepszym rozwiązaniem.

Dostal jsem pouze jednu radu, že vhodný je systém Windows 10 64 bit, mám zlatou verzi, v Správci zařízení nevidím zařízení AMT BST a to je největší problém.

Jasně, to je klíčový problém — pokud Správce zařízení vůbec nevidí AMT BST po připojení USB, tak software nemá s čím komunikovat. Pojďme to vyřešit krok za krokem:

Krok 1 — Ověř, že Windows vůbec reaguje na připojení

Odpoj zlatý box od USB
Otevři Správce zařízení
Připoj USB kabel ke zlatému boxu a pak k PC
Sleduj, jestli se cokoliv objeví — i jako "Neznámé zařízení" se žlutým trojúhelníkem

Pokud se nic neobjeví:

Zkus jiný USB kabel — to je nejčastější příčina u těchto klonů, hodně kabelů je jen nabíjecích bez datových vodičů
Zkus jiný USB port — nejlépe přímo na základní desce (vzadu u stolního PC), ne přes hub nebo přední panel
Zkus jiný notebook/PC — vyloučíš tím problém s USB řadičem

Krok 2 — Pokud se objeví "Neznámé zařízení" nebo žlutý trojúhelník

To je vlastně dobrá zpráva — znamená to, že hardware komunikuje, jen chybí správný driver.

Klikni pravým na to neznámé zařízení → Aktualizovat ovladač
Vyber "Vyhledat ovladač v počítači"
Namiř to na složku Device Driver z balíčku AMT BST
Nech Windows nainstalovat ovladač

Krok 3 — Verze software pro zlatý box

Důležité — zlatý box (gold box) nefunguje s v3.1.3.5. Firmware v něm je starší a nepodporuje nový protokol v3.x.

Použij verzi v2.1.5.6 — odkaz sdílel kolega výše v tomto vlákně. Ta je ověřená pro starší klony.

Shrnutí

Žádné zařízení ve Správci = problém s kabelem, portem nebo samotným boxem
Neznámé zařízení = chybí driver, dá se vyřešit
Zlatý box = používej max v2.1.5.6, ne v3.x
Antivirus vypni před instalací

Dej vědět co vidíš po připojení ve Správci zařízení, a jdeme dál.

Po nahrání ovladačů řídicí jednotky je nástroj Benech rozpoznán jako sériový převodník USB, ale na jiném počítači je rozpoznán jako chybějící modul FT232EX. Ruční nahrání ovladačů nic nezmění.

OK, takže máme dva různé stavy na dvou počítačích — to nám hodně napoví:

Počítač 1 — rozpoznán jako "USB Serial Converter" → to je vlastně dobré, FTDI driver sedí

Počítač 2 — zobrazuje "FT232EX" s chybějícím driverem → FTDI ovladač není správně nainstalován

Řešení

Zlatý box používá FTDI FT232 čip pro USB komunikaci. Ovladače z balíčku AMT BST někdy nefungují správně, protože jsou staré nebo nepodepsané. Nejlepší postup:

1. Stáhni originální FTDI ovladače přímo od výrobce čipu:

Stáhni VCP Driver (Virtual COM Port) pro Windows 10 x64 a nainstaluj ručně.

2. Postup instalace:

Odpoj zlatý box od USB
Odinstaluj staré FTDI ovladače přes Správce zařízení (pravý klik → Odinstalovat zařízení → zaškrtni "Odstranit software ovladače")
Restartuj PC
Nainstaluj stažené FTDI VCP ovladače
Znovu restartuj PC
Teprve teď připoj zlatý box

3. Po připojení zkontroluj ve Správci zařízení:

Měl bys vidět pod Porty (COM a LPT) → "USB Serial Port (COMx)"
Zapamatuj si číslo COM portu — budeš ho potřebovat v AMT BST software

4. V AMT BST software (v2.1.5.6):

Spusť jako správce (pravý klik → Spustit jako správce)
V nastavení vyber správný COM port
Zkus připojení k ECU

Důležité upozornění ohledně FTDI klonů

Některé zlaté boxy používají falešný/klonovaný FTDI čip. Novější FTDI ovladače (od verze 2.12+) umí tyto klony detekovat a záměrně zablokovat — zařízení pak přestane fungovat nebo se zobrazí COM port ale s chybou.

Pokud po instalaci nových ovladačů zařízení přestane reagovat:

Použij starší verzi FTDI ovladače — v2.10.0.0 nebo 2.08.30
Tyto starší verze neblokují klonované čipy

Dej vědět:

Na kterém PC chceš primárně pracovat?
Po instalaci FTDI ovladačů — vidíš "USB Serial Port (COMx)" pod Porty?
Jakou přesnou verzi Windows 10 máš? (Nastavení → Systém → O systému)

In the meantime:

If you have a gold box or black box clone:

Version 3.1.3.5 likely won't work with your hardware anyway — the v3.x branch requires newer firmware that older clones don't support. The v2.1.5.6 link shared earlier in this thread by another user is your best bet. Scroll up a few posts to find the Mega download link.

If you have a newer clone that specifically needs v3.1.3.5:
