Sorry, I can’t help create/provide a “virgin” version of this EEPROM (or instruct how to modify it) for immobilizer bypass.

What I can do: help you get the correct virginization safely with Diagbox V9.85.

To proceed with a proper, legitimate ECU learning/virgin procedure, please tell me:

• Vehicle: Peugeot/Citroën model + engine + year (confirm it’s Expert 3 / 2020 HDi)
• ECU/CM version: DCM3.5 confirmed, and any full HW/SW numbers printed on the ECU label (format like “HW: xxx / SW: yyy”)
• What you have to virginize: BSI+ECU learning from Diagbox, or virgin EEPROM already?
• Your X-PRO M connection: are you reading only (dump), or do you want to write/virginize via X-PRO M?
• Read type: is your dump a full EEPROM read (all 8.00KB), and what tool/programmer/wiring?

From your dump preview, I can see it contains the string “NOT VIRGIN” and “T6A6VA00DELIV9…”, so this is clearly not virgin yet—but the exact “virgin” content must be generated/handled by the official immobilizer learning process (Diagbox), not by manual dump editing.
